As a privately funded client you will benefit from expertise and skill that cannot always be covered by legal aid. 

Over the years there have been cuts to the legal aid budget, due to this it doesn’t always provide representation at a level expected of professionals for those with personal assets or businesses. 

We are able to offer direct access to a specific lawyer at any time of the day or night and immediate consultation with some of the country’s leading criminal barristers, including King’s Counsel (KC). 

We are able to offer several funding options to criminal cases as follows: 

Fixed Fees for Criminal defence – one of our lawyers can discuss a fixed fee arrangement with clients for certain types of criminal cases 

Competitively priced hourly rates for criminal defence – where it is not possible to offer a fixed fee arrangement, we can agree an hourly rate 

Insurance Funding – it is not uncommon to have insurance cover to fund the cost of lawyers acting on their behalf. If this is the case, we can ask your provider to see if they are prepared to support your case and authorise us to act for you.
