The Crown Court deals with serious criminal cases. We take great care in examining the evidence provided by the prosecution in a detailed manner, combing through all of the evidence presented by the Prosecution, and presenting arguments to cast doubt on the prosecution case.

Case preparation is at the heart of a crown court case, with the right preparation you can successfully challenge the prosecution case, resulting in an acquittal.

As part of our case preparation, we advise on the evidence against you, the strengths and weaknesses of the prosecution case and the defence case. Where necessary we will instruct experts to assist the defence case – and even challenge prosecution expert witnesses.
