P ostal Requisition

A postal requisition is a court summons, this is a legal document notifying you to attend Court at a certain date and time to answer charges against you. 

If you have received a postal requisition then you should contact us straight away. It wont cost you anything to ask for our help and it might just make all the difference. 

If you fail to attend Court on the given date and time, the likely outcome will be that a warrant without bail may be issued for your immediate arrest resulting in many hours in custody and on a weekend days in custody. 

If you have been interview by the police voluntarily, or arrested and released under investigation you are likely to receive a postal requisition. 

You should check your post regularly, and keep the police informed of any changes to your address.
